    GekiPDF compresses PDF files on our own servers for free — no signup, no watermark, no email required. A typical 16-page scanned contract of 32 MB comes out at around 1.5 MB (about 95% smaller) in roughly 1 second.

    Compression works by downsampling embedded images and re-writing the file structure with Ghostscript. Text, links and form fields stay selectable; only the images are optimised, and you choose how aggressive that is.
