When you pick Extreme compression, GekiPDF rewrites your PDF at about 96-120 DPI. Text stays sharp because it's a separate layer, but photos and stamps soften noticeably. If your file has images you need to read clearly, choose Light (~200 DPI) or Recommended (~150 DPI) instead.
